Petbarn Launceston staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help, whether it be to offer assistance or carry a heavy item. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big range of stock available. I have done click and collect previously, which was an easy option, my order was in stock and ready in 30mins.
Not disappointed with their prices with products for animals... But highly disappointed in their reliability towards their fish and adopted cats. Over 10 deceased fish, most have been in there for over a day/ few days. Black gorgeous cat has infection in its right eye (left front on) and started to flare up on its left too. If you're going to sell or put animals up for adoption, LOOK AFTER THEM AND KEEP UP WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY. I'd rather stick to Animal Tucker box to buy fish etc. They're more trustworthy, responsible and hygienic in the fish environment. PetBarn's lack of responsibility makes my stomach swirl to the point it makes me sick.
Dog training classes for young hounds very helpful with focus on good socialising skills between a whole variety of dogs, making outings with the dog encountering other dogs much more of a known quantity.

Plenty of parking space, great variety of stock for all your fish tank needs & friendly team members.

Have to praise the Launceston petbarn staff. Went to pick up my click n collect, most friendliest store I have ever been too. They went over and above with helping me, didn't get girls name but she was young with dark hair. Wish I got her name as she deserves this feedback.
